Balgreen Lodge is a substantial detached house set in farmland on
the Skeldon estate. It is ideal for a large house party, with large
airy rooms, all recently totally refurbished.
On the ground floor there is the dining room, a billiard room, a
large fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and
dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washing machine and
drying facilities and a downstairs lavatory.
Upstairs is the spacious drawing room with wonderful views across
the countryside. There is a colour TV and a real fire. Also upstairs are the 2 double bedrooms,
2 twin bedrooms and 2
bathrooms.
Downstairs there is a further twin bedroom with
colour TV and bathroom, which can be used for a cook, or nanny, or
as an extra bedroom.
There is a large private garden to the front of the lodge.
