Terms and Conditions
Cottages ::
Rental is normally per week, from Saturday to Saturday. 4pm
time of arrival and 10am on day of departure.
Prices are:
East Mains Cottage: £375 to £550
Balgreen Lodge:
£900 to £1200
A deposit is required at the time of booking.
However, please contact us
about special rates depending on time of year.
Both properties are let with bed linen and towels. Central
heating and electricity are also inclusive.
Cots and high chairs are available on request (but not cot linen).
Well behaved dogs who respect the accommodation and
neighbourhood are welcome at the discretion of the Estate Manager. There
is a charge of £20.
On departure, please leave the property in the same tidy condition as
you found it. |
